At BYBROWN, we strongly believe in quality, craftsmanship and creating long-lasting and durable products. BYBROWN coats have a two year guarantee against defects in material and workmanship.
In case of any unexpected shortcomings beyond these two years, we’re still happy to repair your BYBROWN coat. Send your coat to us and we will repair it if possible. We can repair the following: Zips, buttons, snaps, tears.
The service only includes charges for materials. If you send us some photos in an email we can establish the price before the coat is sent to us.
The return shipping fees are free for The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.
Important notes:
You can treat your coat with a waterproof spray suitable for laminated materials after washing to maintain the waterproof qualities. Regular re-impregnation of your BYBROWN coat protects from dirt and helps the beading effect of water.
Our materials are 100% waterproof up to 10,000MM water column. In extreme weather conditions, exceeding 10,000MM, rain/water can start penetrating the materials.
To get a product repaired, you can follow these steps:
Please send us an email to: studio@bybrown.nl with your order number and state the kind of repairs you need for the item.
You can mail your item to: Ferdinand Huyckstraat 40, 1061 HW Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for sending your item to us for repair. We will be responsible for the return shipping costs back to you within The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. Outside of these countries you will also be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
As soon as we have received the item, we will do all we can to repair the item for you from our studio in Amsterdam and then post them back to you and the address provided by you.
If a product has a manufacturing defect we will either repair or replace the coat at our discretion free of charge with in the 2 year guarantee period.
