In the Netherlands it will take two working days with PostNL track and trace. (free shipping as letter/brievenbus post could take longer). The rest of Europe may take up to 5 working days and outside Europe may take up to 10 working days.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your BYBROWN purchase if, for some reason you are not, we have the following refund facility.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Please email us with the following information on
Name, Order number, Pickup Address, Phone Number.
We will then create a free of charge, printable return label for you, which you will receive by email.
2.After printing the label and attaching it to the package, it can then be taken to a DHL or Post NL package drop off point.
3. Please state the reason for the return and whether you would like to exchange the item for a different colour or size or if you would prefer a refund.
4. As soon as we have received the returned package, we will either exchange the item or give you a refund.
The refund payment will be transferred to you in the same method of payment you used for the purchase.
The shipping costs upon returning the item are the customers responsibility with the exception of (The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Luxembourg)
Please note that we won't be able to track your package.
So, please keep your tracking number until your return has been processed and insure the package if you wish. This is your responsibility.
Any customs fees, taxes, duties and any other fees for the return package are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customs fees aren't paid in advance, we wont receive the package, and the refund won't be made, so please take care of this in advance.
To try and avoid paying import customs and duties when returning goods by mail
please make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. You are responsible to declare this information, and any fees incurred if you do not.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
It must be in the original packaging with the labels attached.
We cannot refund an item that is not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We cannot refund an item that has been used and worn.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Returns on bottles are not possible.
Yes. BYBROWN coats have a two year guarantee against defects in material and workmanship. If a product has a manufacturing defect we will either repair or replace the coat at our discretion.
